Log in to your Web Admin Dashboard

On your desktop, visit https://admin.bendigi.com.
To log in, you’ll need your PRO app close by.

Step 2

Get the listing page

Find the property listing you want to use for your property financing sheet, or ask your Realtor partner to send one to you. Copy the MLS number.

Auto-generate Scenarios

Paste the MLS # and view your initial scenarios. Make minor adjustments and let our tool calculate the rest.

Step 3

Create a Co-Branded report

Choose whether the report will be branded only to you or your partner or co-branded to both of you.

How many reports can I create?

Nobody is counting here. We are way too busy building cool stuff. You have unlimited reports. Go wild.

How many partners can I have?

A reasonable number. If you have more than 50 Partners, we would need to talk about a custom package.

The Property Financing Sheet generator comes bundled in our PRO PLUS package but you can add it to any of the subscription plans we offer. The PRO PLUS comes with Premium Web Calculators (Calculator Hub), Home Page Widget, PFS, and optional upgrade for installing co-branded Web Calculators on your Real state partner’s website as well as co-branded mobile app for your favourite Realtor.

Can my Realtor partners create their own?

Yes, if you allow it. When you give Realtor partners their own unique embed code, they can generate ONLY co-branded reports with your brand on it.

If I bought the PRO mobile app, do I get this as well?

The PRO app and the Web Calculators have been rolled into a single subscription plan called PRO Plus.

If you have paid annually for the mobile app, then you may want to enroll in the new monthly subscription that comes with Property Financing Sheets. Of course, any amount you have already paid will be pro-rated and credited toward your monthly plan.

If you have an existing corporate app, you can upgrade to PRO Plus and in addition to receiving the Web Calculators + Property Financing Sheets, you will also get an upgrade to your mobile app.
