Realtors already can get their own app
By default, when a client makes a mortgage request on a Realtor’s branded app, our system automatically selects a broker in the area and submits the request to them, very similar to how Uber connects a passenger to a driver, except the criteria is far more complex than just the closest driver.
Of course, we interview and then handpick every broker that enrols in the CMA Referral program and we continuously monitor their performance to ensure that we can deliver the best class service to Realtors and their clients.
What happens to referrals?
The Canadian Mortgage App (CMA), developed and operated by Bendigi Technologies, is a popular mortgage app that offers innovative tools and up to date information to help people make smarter financial decisions.
Over 14,000 Realtors currently use CMA, and our CMA PRO subscription is also available for Realtors. This means that Realtors can brand the Canadian Mortgage App for a small fee, share it with their clients to offer more planning tools, advertise it to their networks to generate new prospects, and we also advertise them on our Local Expert feature. Often enough, Realtors who subscribe to PRO also make a request that we configure their app so that mortgage requests are submitted to specific mortgage brokers and not into the pool to be distributed by the system.

Do you and your Partner have already a PRO subscription? No problem! You can connect by paying a one-time connection fee of $99.
