Benefits of building a Custom Mortgage App vs. CMA PRO

A recent article titled: “Are mobile mortgage apps the future of the industry?” by Mortgage Broker News has caused a flux of mortgage agents to sign up for our CMA PRO subscription.

Number of Partners

The number of partners in the analytics report represents the number of professionals that you have invited to connect with you on your personalized app. This number includes partners who have accepted your request as well as partners whose invite are still pending.

Coming soon, the analytics report will provide you both the numbers of partners invited as well as the number of partners connected on your profile.

In the meantime, you can log into your profile and click on the “partners” tab to determine who has accepted your request. You can send your partners a reminder email to connect or send them a personal email and let them know about your personalized app.

Number of Clients

The number of clients in the analytics report represents the number of clients who have installed your personalized Canadian Mortgage App and have also created a profile via the app.

When a user creates a profile on the app, you will be able to see their email address in your “clients” tab and you can send your clients communications regarding updates and/or promotions.

Coming soon, all consumers will have the opportunity to create a profile and compare and save scenarios. Therefore, you will know exactly which client has installed your app.

The number of downloads represents the number of individuals who have clicked on your unique app link. This however does not necessarily mean that every single one of those are actual app installs.
